Draft a rent agreement page by page. Mimo fills in your details, the property and the tenants. You add the rest.

Keep your tenant’s ID documents with the tenancy.
Mimo saves them with the tenant’s other details, so you can find them later.

Make a receipt when you receive the rent. Mimo fills in the property, the landlord, the tenant and the amount.
Each receipt gets a number and becomes a PDF you can share. With a free account, the landlord and the tenant can sign it by email.

Mimo fills in what it knows. Add anything that’s missing. Your changes are saved as you go.

Download the PDF or send it for signing. Everyone signs online by email. You can see who has signed.

Signing by email
Agreements, notices and receipts are signed online. Each person gets a link by email. The link works for 30 days.
Signing requirementsLocal rules
Some places need extra steps, like stamp duty or registration. Check the rules where your property is.
Rent receipts
Mimo doesn’t collect or send rent. It doesn’t check that rent was paid. Only make a receipt for rent you have received.
