Here’s how a walkthrough with Smart Capture will go, step by step.
Smart Capture on a phone: the camera recognises a kitchen, ticks off its items, flags a possible stain and blurs a face in a photo. The video is processed on the phone, the owner confirms the stain, and the report is ready to send for signing.

Smart Capture only suggests. You confirm or fix every finding before it goes in the report.
Faces stay private
People caught on camera are blurred before anything is stored.
Move-out, lined up
At move-out, the move-in shot shows on screen so you can film the same view. Smart Capture then points out what looks different, for you to check.
Smart Capture is still being built, and the details may change. It can make mistakes, for example because of lighting or moved furniture, which is why you confirm every finding.
